Trust the path and find the center: a recently constructed labyrinth brings an added meditative dimension to The Knoll at Middlebury.
Some call it a camp; others a crash course in science, engineering, math, and technology. And while it may qualify as both, a pilot project developed by Middlebury students to provide young girls in Addison County with an opportunity to build robots and learn how to code is much, much more.
Middlebury is in full swing all year round, and in the summer months students are involved in everything from research and internships to language school classes and graduate work.
Take the 75-step climb up to Middlebury's bell tower, atop Mead Memorial Chapel and listen to carillonneur George Matthew Jr. talk about the history of the carillon on campus.
